Fat: 68.43g | Prot: 94.14g | Carb: 91.42g.   Breakfast:  coffee, grapefruit, half and half, hard boiled eggs, orange juice. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, texas caviar. Dinner:  Broccoli Flower Clusters, chicken pot pie. Snacks/Other:  almonds, cashews, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, lowfat cottage cheese, pistachios.
