Lunch: All Natural 93% Fat Free Ground Turkey, Chopped Frozen Spinach, Dijon Mustard, Egg White, Green String Beans, Italian Style Bread Crumbs, Onions, Original Barbecue Sauce, Parsley, Quinoa and Whole Grain Brown Rice with Garlic, Worcestershire Sauce. Dinner: Lite Beer. Snacks/Other: 1% Cottage Cheese, Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar, Red Grapefruit in Juice, Strawberries.
