Fat: 38.13g | Prot: 124.44g | Carb: 157.98g.   Breakfast:  Bananas , Nonfat Cappuccino, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), WPI Protein. Lunch:  Navels Oranges , Tuna Tempters Oven Dried Tomato N Basil, Wholemeal and Seeds Bread. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Extra Trim Beef Rump Steak, Lamb Cutlet, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Slice, Fuji Apples, Sesame Snaps.
