Fat: 38.13g | Prot: 124.44g | Carb: 157.98g.   Breakfast:  Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Bananas , Nonfat Cappuccino, WPI Protein. Lunch:  Tuna Tempters Oven Dried Tomato N Basil, Wholemeal and Seeds Bread, Navels Oranges . Dinner:  Lamb Cutlet, Extra Trim Beef Rump Steak, Mixed Salad Greens, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples, Sesame Snaps, Fruit Slice.
