Fat: 76.17g | Prot: 84.17g | Carb: 289.79g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Pomegranate Greek Yogurt, Skim Chocolate Milk, Zucchini Bread. Lunch:  Blackberry Muffins, Crustless Broccoli Quiche. Dinner:  6" Chipotle Chicken and Cheese, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Jalapeno Potato Chips. Snacks/Other:  Cream Cheese Flavor Frostings, Squice Cake.
