Fat: 48.20g | Prot: 158.51g | Carb: 73.58g.   Breakfast:  chicken breast. Lunch:  skippy peanut butter, wonder bread. Dinner:  Green Snap Beans (Drained Solids, Canned), stuffed salmon, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  body fortress super nos pump, cytosport 100% whey protein.
