Fat: 42.50g | Prot: 30.10g | Carb: 124.54g.   Breakfast:  Brazil Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice. Lunch:  Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Red Tomatoes, Tongue, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Milk, Roasted Salted Cashew Nuts.
