Fat: 130.43g | Prot: 80.95g | Carb: 51.69g.   Breakfast:  round steak, egglands best extra large egg, zucchini, whole flaxseed, butter, olive oil organic extra virgin. Lunch:  tamari almonds, eden pumpkin, torani sugar free, torani sugar free raspberry. Dinner:  avocado, spring mix, maries feta dressing. Snacks/Other:  organic walnuts.
