Fat: 50.13g | Prot: 128.83g | Carb: 195.48g.   Breakfast:  Egg whites Lucerne, gimme lean, grande coffee, Muscle Milk, Salsa Authentica, Trader Joe's greek yogurt, Whole Grain Tortillas, yukon gold potatoes. Lunch:  carrots, chunk light tuna in water, cucumber, Ken's Lite Balsamic and Basil Vinaigrette, red pepper, spinach, Trader Joe's chopped kale, Trader Joe's goat cheese crumble. Dinner:  Lucerne Greek yogurt, Potato and onion pierogies. Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, sliced swiss cheese Lucerne, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Triscuit.
