Really tired today. Woke up with a sinus headache. It rained all day so didn't get out to walk. Worked 9 1/2 hours. I have tomorrrow off so I'm worried ...

Fat: 47.86g | Prot: 59.63g | Carb: 124.76g.   Breakfast: avocado, brown and wild rice, coffee, egg, egg white, olive oil, red pepper. Lunch: chicken breast, gourmet brown Rice Crisps, green grapes, iced green tea, mayo. Dinner: Arnold Palmer 23 oz can, trail mix.
