Fat: 126.57g | Prot: 112.99g | Carb: 223.24g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured) , Coffee (Instant) , Diet Coke, Fried Egg , Hash Brown (from Fresh), Sour Dough Bread. Lunch:  Honey Cured Turkey Breast, Lo-carb Monster Energy, Pepper Jack Cheese (Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers), Popped Potato Chips, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, Romaine Hearts, Rustic Country Sourdough Bread. Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage, Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Pasta, Zinfandel Wine, Zucchini.
