Lunch:  Pepper Jack Cheese (Monterey Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Peppers), Romaine Hearts, Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, Rustic Country Sourdough Bread, Honey Cured Turkey Breast, Popped Potato Chips, Lo-carb Monster Energy. Dinner:  Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Garlic, Zucchini, Whole Wheat Pasta, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage, Zinfandel Wine.
