Fat: 75.22g | Prot: 126.81g | Carb: 343.73g.   Breakfast:  Daily Multi Vitamins & Minerals, Dried Chia Seeds , Fiber Supplement, Great Value Acai Mixed Berry 100% Vegetable & Fruit Juice, Milled Flaxseed, Quaker True Delights Instant Oatmeal Wild Blueberry Muffin. Lunch:  California Roll, Tempura Roll. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Lite Balsalmic Vinaigrette Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Butterfinger Bar (Minis), Ice Cream, Peanut Butter Filled Pretzel Nuggets, puffcorn.
