Fat: 77.66g | Prot: 76.97g | Carb: 289.79g.   Breakfast:  Chocolate Frosted Donut, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Non-Dairy Creamer, Extra Rich!. Lunch:  Hormel Compleats Chicken & Noodles. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Center Cut Ham Steak, corn on the cob, Pecan Pie. Snacks/Other:  slender sections ice cream sand, Strawberries.
