Lunch:  Yellow Sweet Peppers, Chicken Breast, Sweet Red Peppers, Green Peppers, chicken flavor rice sides. Dinner:  Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Lipton Rice & Sauce, Chicken Broccoli Without Margarine, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Sweet Red Peppers, Green Peppers. Snacks/Other:  100% whole wheat bread, Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter.
