Lunch:  Chicken Breast, chicken flavor rice sides, Green Peppers, Sweet Red Peppers, Yellow Sweet Peppers. Dinner:  Green Peppers, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Lipton Rice & Sauce, Chicken Broccoli Without Margarine, Sweet Red Peppers, Yellow Sweet Peppers. Snacks/Other:  100% whole wheat bread, Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter.
