Fat: 38.47g | Prot: 31.83g | Carb: 125.43g.   Breakfast:  Chunky Peanut Butter (without Salt), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  Applesauce (without Added Ascorbic Acid, Unsweetened, Canned), Cucumber (with Peel) , lobnobs, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) . Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Brazil Nuts, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Milk.
