Fat: 36.89g | Prot: 65.68g | Carb: 187.93g.   Breakfast:  100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz), Bananas, Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Wheat Tortilla. Lunch:  Diet Dr. Pepper, Smoked Turkey and Swiss Panini, Special K Cracker Chips - Sour Cream and Onion. Dinner:  Hot-N-Ready Pepperoni Pizza, Light Chicken Noodle Soup. Snacks/Other:  100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz), Trail Mix Energy Blend.
