Fat: 77.84g | Prot: 135.73g | Carb: 154.39g.   Breakfast: Egg, half and half, olive oil. Lunch: 6" Turkey Breast, butter, mayo, Swiss Cheese. Dinner: broccoli, chardo, chicken breast, mushrooms. Snacks/Other: quaker chewy low fat, yoplait light lemon cream pie.
