Fat: 73.82g | Prot: 83.36g | Carb: 147.96g.   Breakfast:  Atkins Day Break, coffee , half & half, splenda. Lunch:  Amy's Bowls. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate with Whole Hazelnuts, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless).
