Fat: 39.17g | Prot: 84.26g | Carb: 144.65g.   Breakfast:  Black Forest Ham, Egg White & Cheese Muffin Melt. Lunch:  Croutons, Diced Ham, Lettuce, Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese. Dinner:  chicken breast fillet ( butter & herb), Cucumber (Peeled), Egg White, FRSH GRMT CROUTON GRLC CHES, Lettuce, Real Bacon Bits, Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, Sweet Potato Fries. Snacks/Other:  Laffy Taffy Strawberry, Sour Apple, Banana nad Cherry Candy, Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix, smarties, Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry, Star Crunch.
