Fat: 39.17g | Prot: 84.26g | Carb: 144.65g.   Breakfast:  Black Forest Ham, Egg White & Cheese Muffin Melt. Lunch:  Lettuce, Croutons, Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, Diced Ham. Dinner:  Sweet Potato Fries, chicken breast fillet ( butter & herb), Lettuce, Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, FRSH GRMT CROUTON GRLC CHES, Real Bacon Bits, Egg White, Cucumber (Peeled). Snacks/Other:  Special K Cereal Bars - Strawberry, smarties, Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix, Laffy Taffy Strawberry, Sour Apple, Banana nad Cherry Candy, Star Crunch.
