Lunch:  Chunk White Tuna in Water, Romaine Lettuce, Red Onion. Dinner:  Chick-Fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Chick-Fil-A Waffle Fry, Chick-Fil-A Nugget. Snacks/Other:  Muscle Milk Powder, Arctic Zero, Unsweetened Almond Milk, Chobani Black Cherry, Peanut Chocolate, Cucumber, Sharp White Cheddar, Triscuit Crackers Original, Grapefruit.
