Fat: 53.21g | Prot: 35.99g | Carb: 109.05g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple Juice, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Brazil Nuts, Walnuts. Lunch:  White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Egg, Red Tomatoes, Tongue. Snacks/Other:  Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Almonds, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick.
