Fat: 53.21g | Prot: 35.99g | Carb: 109.05g.   Breakfast:  Brazil Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Pineapple Juice, Walnuts. Lunch:  Egg, Red Tomatoes, Tongue, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified).
