Fat: 121.05g | Prot: 93.46g | Carb: 312.80g.   Breakfast:  Original Life Cereal, Reduced Fat Latte Coffee, Rustic Country Sourdough Bread, Butter. Lunch:  Blue Corn Tortilla Chips, Avocados, Cooked Lentils, Bruschetta Sauce, Creamy Feta Cheese Mediterranean Dressing, Lo-carb Monster Energy. Dinner:  Mahi Mahi, Beef Tip Round (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Asparagus, Roasted Potato, Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Chewy Coated & Drizzled Granola Bars, Extra Dark Chocolate Sticks, Chips and Salsa, Port Wine, Muscat Wine, Zinfandel Wine.
