Fat: 75.23g | Prot: 52.69g | Carb: 231.90g.   Breakfast:  blackberries, chocolate chips, Coffee, dannon vanilla yogurt, Fat Free Hazelnut Creamer, Granulated Sugar, wheat thins. Lunch:  Protein Chewy Bars - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  Cheeseburger with Tomato and/or Catsup on Bun, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Cranberry Trail Mix, Gummi Bears, whopper robin eggs.
