Fat: 64.77g | Prot: 125.52g | Carb: 169.26g.   Breakfast:  blackberry, egg whites, roma tomatoes, trader giotto's extra virgin olive oil, trader joe's baby leaf spinch, trader joe's french toast, trader joe's spicy spinich pizza. Lunch:  brown rice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, purple potato, trader joe's baby leaf spinch, trader joe's crushed garlic, Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Fillets. Dinner:  asparagus, avocado, bacon, balsamic vinaigrette, brown sugar, butter, carrots, Corned Beef (Lean Only Eaten), mixed green, red cabbage, red potatoe, tomatoe, vinegar. Snacks/Other:  banana, kozy shack no sugar added tapioca pudding, orange, raspberries, reddi wip, strawberry.
