Fat: 64.77g | Prot: 125.52g | Carb: 169.26g.   Breakfast:  trader joe's spicy spinich pizza, egg whites, trader giotto's extra virgin olive oil, roma tomatoes, trader joe's baby leaf spinch, trader joe's french toast, blackberry. Lunch:  trader joe's baby leaf spinch, Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Fillets, brown rice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, trader joe's crushed garlic, purple potato. Dinner:  red cabbage, brown sugar, carrots, asparagus, red potatoe, bacon, butter, vinegar, tomatoe, mixed green, avocado, balsamic vinaigrette, Corned Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  orange, kozy shack no sugar added tapioca pudding, raspberries, strawberry, banana, reddi wip.
