Fat: 119.59g | Prot: 137.88g | Carb: 335.34g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Perfect Oatmeal, Perfect Oatmeal Topping - Dried Fruit. Lunch:  Baked Beans, Green Snap Beans, Hand Pulled Pork. Dinner:  Baked Breaded or Battered Catfish, Beer, Classic Nachos (No Guacamole), Fried Pickles, Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice). Snacks/Other:  Blackberries, Bourbon, Cow Tales, Milk Duds, Nonfat Frozen Yogurt, Oatmeal Cookies (with Raisins), Old Fashioned Sourdough Hard Pretzels, Whipped Cream (Pressurized).
