Lunch: Apples, Avocados, Bananas, G2 Glacier Freeze, Oranges, Tomato and Okra, Tomato Sauce, Vegetable Soup (with Equal Volume Water, Canned). Dinner: Baby Spinach, Baby Zucchini, Broccoli, Olive Oil, Onions, Tilapia (Fish), Wheat Bran English Muffin, Whole Wheat Penne Pasta. Snacks/Other: Chianti Wine, Regular Beer.
