Lunch:  Lo-carb Monster Energy, Mountain Trail Mix, Peanut Butter Chewy Coated & Drizzled Granola Bars. Dinner:  Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Chicken Soup, Clams, Squid, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other:  Gelato, Red Table Wine.
