Fat: 54.76g | Prot: 77.45g | Carb: 114.83g.   Breakfast:  chicken sausage, coffee, coffee, half and half. Lunch:  Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar, Kraft non-fat swiss cheese, Soft Granola Bars, triscuit. Dinner:  buckwheat noodles, chopped salad, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Grass Fed Beef Hamburger 10%, Wine.
