Fat: 80.53g | Prot: 92.44g | Carb: 258.04g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Baked Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal. Lunch:  Shanghai Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, Garlic Snap Peas (Small), Brown Rice, Ciabatta, Light Butter with Canola Oil. Dinner:  Jalapeno Peppers, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Egg White, Ciabatta, Organic Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Unsalted Butter Stick, Flaxseed Seeds, Salsa, Healthy Weight Sliced Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Black Beans And Edamame with Butter Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Right Bites Fudge Shoppe Mini Brownies 100 Calorie Pack, Wrigley's Extra Spearmint, Organic Green Tea, Water, 365 Organic String Cheese, Pears, Hummus - Green Chili, Carrots, Cucumbers, Homestyle Microwave Popcorn (Pop Secret).
