Fat: 80.53g | Prot: 92.44g | Carb: 258.04g.   Breakfast:  Baked Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal, Coffee with Cream, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch:  Brown Rice, Ciabatta, Garlic Snap Peas (Small), Light Butter with Canola Oil, Shanghai Shrimp with Garlic Sauce. Dinner:  Ciabatta, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Egg White, Flaxseed Seeds, Healthy Weight Sliced Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Black Beans And Edamame with Butter Sauce, Jalapeno Peppers, Organic Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Salsa, Unsalted Butter Stick. Snacks/Other:  365 Organic String Cheese, Carrots, Cucumbers, Homestyle Microwave Popcorn (Pop Secret), Hummus - Green Chili, Organic Green Tea, Pears, Right Bites Fudge Shoppe Mini Brownies 100 Calorie Pack, Water, Wrigley's Extra Spearmint.
