Fat: 35.84g | Prot: 44.30g | Carb: 279.72g.   Breakfast:  special k honey and oats, 2% milk, banana. Lunch:  part-skim mozzerella cheese, red potato, hillshire farm turkey, Apple. Dinner:  butterball turkey sausage, healthy harvest whole grain, tomato sauce del monte. Snacks/Other:  stila, Klondike Bar Oringinal, starburst, nature valley crunchy granola.
