Breakfast: Coffee, Instant Oatmeal (Apples & Cinnamon), Rich Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix, sugar. Lunch: Green Beans, grilled catfish, Ranch Salad Dressing, Side Salad, wheat dinner roll. Dinner: Dragon Roll, Fried Rice, Spicy Tuna Roll, Sushi with Vegetables and Seafood, Vegetable Spring Roll. Snacks/Other: Ice Cream.
