Fat: 14.30g | Prot: 71.77g | Carb: 44.16g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Pea Protein, Strawberries, Sweet Cherries. Lunch:  Cabbage, Carrots, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Catfish fillet, Cauliflower, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Zucchini.
