Fat: 43.59g | Prot: 92.16g | Carb: 202.45g.   Breakfast:  Source 0% Raspberry Yogurt, starbucks wrap. Lunch:  Black Beans, Flaked Light Tuna in Water, Green Cabbage, Niblets Whole Kernel Corn, Olive Oil, Spring Mix. Dinner:  Bulgur and quinoa, Cauliflower, Lean Chicken Sliders. Snacks/Other:  Mini Cut Carrots, mini reeses, Protein Bar, Special K Cereal Bars - Chocolatey Pretzel.
