Lunch: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Lamb Liver, Mixed Salad Greens, Pita Bread, Turkish Coffee. Dinner: Beef Meatballs, butter, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe). Snacks/Other: Dried Apricot, Walnuts.
