Lunch: Organic Lentil Soup, Spicy Tuna Roll. Dinner: Almonds & Sea Salt in 55% Dark Chocolate, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Style Dippers, Feta Cheese, Kale, Olive Oil, Sour Cream, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: 1% Fat Milk, Almonds, apple, banana, Dried Coconut, half and half, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
