Fat: 53.63g | Prot: 55.05g | Carb: 172.14g.   Breakfast:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee, Organic 1% Low Fat Milk, Mini Blueberry Muffins, Light Choices Crustless Green Vegetable Quiche, Multi-Grain Bread, Nutella. Lunch:  Steaming Entrées Sundried Tomato Chicken, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese. Dinner:  Jalapeno Yogurt Dip, Tzatziki Yogurt Dip Greek Style, Noodles, Pasta sauce, Spinach, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Almonds.
