Fat: 53.63g | Prot: 55.05g | Carb: 172.14g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Light Choices Crustless Green Vegetable Quiche, Mini Blueberry Muffins, Multi-Grain Bread, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Nutella, Organic 1% Low Fat Milk. Lunch:  Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Steaming Entrées Sundried Tomato Chicken. Dinner:  Jalapeno Yogurt Dip, Noodles, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Pasta sauce, Spinach, Tzatziki Yogurt Dip Greek Style. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Almonds.
