Lunch:  Lettuce, Lite Caesar Salad Dressing, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Honey White Bread, Tuna Fish Salad, Strawberries. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, White Rice, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts, Granola Cereal, Dried Cranberries, Traditional Lager.
