Fat: 102.82g | Prot: 191.93g | Carb: 207.42g.   Breakfast:  1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese with Pinapple, Coffee, Omega-3 Creamy Peanut Butter, Original Liquid Coffee Creamer, Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread. Lunch:  Cabbage, Gumbo (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork, and/or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra), Mashed Potato, Meat Loaf. Dinner:  Crispy Onions Garlic Pepper, Gumbo (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork, and/or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra), Light Ranch Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Texas Toast Cheese & Garlic Croutons. Snacks/Other:  Chardonnay, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Shake.
