Fat: 139.03g | Prot: 141.30g | Carb: 78.65g.   Breakfast:  Whey Protein, Xylitol, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Cocktail Peanuts. Lunch:  Extra Large Grade A Eggs, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Onions, Celery, tomato. Dinner:  beans canned, avacado haas, olives sliced, cheddar shredded, Sour Cream, mixed lettuce. Snacks/Other:  almonds.
