Fat: 41.85g | Prot: 68.13g | Carb: 186.78g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, sugar, apple, coffee, 100 Calorie Chewy Dipps Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip. Lunch:  yellow rice, ground turkey taco, lettuce, tomato, sour cream. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Mature Onions, Green Peppers, Key Lime Pie, Almond Milk. Snacks/Other:  coffee, sugar, 100 Calories Sweet & Salty Almond Granola Bars.
