Fat: 41.85g | Prot: 68.13g | Carb: 186.78g.   Breakfast:  100 Calorie Chewy Dipps Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, apple, coffee, oatmeal, sugar. Lunch:  ground turkey taco, lettuce, sour cream, tomato, yellow rice. Dinner:  Almond Milk, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Mature Onions, Green Peppers, Key Lime Pie. Snacks/Other:  100 Calories Sweet & Salty Almond Granola Bars, coffee, sugar.
