Fat: 57.42g | Prot: 71.61g | Carb: 164.29g.   Lunch:  Diet Pepsi (Can), Club on Whole Wheat w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Green Peppers, Cucumber, Mustard, Watermelon, Cantaloupe Melons, Baby Carrots. Dinner:  Fried Egg, Bacon, Toasted White Bread, Pineapple, Mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Oatmeal Cookies (Soft Type), Chai Latte, Cheddar Cheese, 0+ Fat Free Fruit Yogurt, Beef Jerky.
