Fat: 39.27g | Prot: 44.04g | Carb: 173.96g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, instant oatmeal apples cinnamon, mandarin oranges. Lunch:  healthy choice chicken with rice soup, orange. Dinner:  chicken salad, sara lee delightfull 100% whole wheat, Steamable Mixed Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  blue diamond oven roasted almonds dark chocolate, fiber one brownie, nature valley yogurt granola bar, peanut butter pattie, pringles low fat original.
