Lunch:  Balsamic Vinegar Dressing, Chicken Panini, green salad. Dinner:  asparagus, Black Angus Beef Chopped Steak, kens salad dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  apple, blueberries, Coconut Cookie, Dark Belgian Chocolate Covered Almonds, fresh cut strawberries, Rasberries, fresh.
