Fat: 74.73g | Prot: 75.10g | Carb: 250.54g.   Breakfast:  Original Powder Creamer, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Milk (Nonfat), Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Lunch:  Spartan American Cheese Slices, Deli Cuts Smoked Ham, White Hamburger Buns. Dinner:  Mexican Rice, Pinto Beans, Beef, Blancas Corn Tortillas. Snacks/Other:  white bread great value, Peanut Butter, Mint Chocolate Chip.
