Fat: 67.98g | Prot: 75.73g | Carb: 225.46g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Whole Grain Tortillas. Lunch:  Ground Turkey, Egg, Olive Oil, Garlic, Onions, Balsamic Vinegar, Diced Tomatoes, Penne Pasta, Matzah Meal. Dinner:  Hot Italian Sausage, Egg, Garlic, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Fiber One Chewy Bars, Cucumber (with Peel), Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Chocolate banana baked oatmeal, Dark Chocolate M&M's, Strawberries, Whipped Light Cream.
