Dinner:  Celery, Red Tomatoes, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Biscuit, Chocolate-Coated Light Ice Cream Bar or Stick, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened) , Coffee (Espresso Brewed) , Coffee (Espresso Brewed), Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener) , Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Multigrain Bread.
