Fat: 71.45g | Prot: 129.47g | Carb: 359.21g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Coffee with Milk, Dried Apricot, Firm Silken Tofu, Ginger, Mixed Nuts, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Oats, Plain Crepe. Lunch:  Apples, Banana Bread, Brazil Nuts, Carrots, Chicken Stock (Home Prepared), Egg, G2 Glacier Freeze, Mung Beans (Mature Seeds), Oranges, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Baked or Broiled Cod, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Bell Peppers, Brown Rice, Cucumber (Peeled), Garlic, Mixed Vegetables, Olive Oil, Onions, Soybeans (Mature Seeds), Tomato Paste, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Regular Beer.
