Fat: 71.45g | Prot: 129.47g | Carb: 359.21g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Milk, Plain Crepe, Mixed Nuts, Oats, Firm Silken Tofu, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Dried Apricot, Blueberries, Ginger. Lunch:  Carrots, Apples, Banana Bread, G2 Glacier Freeze, Egg, Whole Wheat Bread, Brazil Nuts, Oranges, Chicken Stock (Home Prepared), Mung Beans (Mature Seeds). Dinner:  Cucumber (Peeled), Baby Spinach, Baked or Broiled Cod, Garlic, Mixed Vegetables, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Brown Rice, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Onions, Olive Oil, Soybeans (Mature Seeds). Snacks/Other:  Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Regular Beer.
