Fat: 50.87g | Prot: 102.90g | Carb: 248.78g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Blueberries, ISOFLEX Whey Protein Isolate Powder, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Vegetables & Tofu Pad Thai. Dinner:  Broccoli, Red Table Wine, Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs.
