Fat: 99.93g | Prot: 91.73g | Carb: 489.37g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Black Tea Bags, Diced Peaches in Light Syrup, Granulated Sugar, Orange Juice, Sour Cherry Jam, Toasted Raisin Bread. Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Beef Flavor Rice-A-Roni, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Coca-Cola Classic (20 oz), Coke Zero. Dinner:  Dry or Hard Salami. Snacks/Other:  Baked Garlic Pita Chips, Chocolate Miniatures, Soft Baked Chocolate Chunk Milk Chocoloate Caramel Cookies.
