Fat: 91.70g | Prot: 125.73g | Carb: 313.61g.   Breakfast:  1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese with Pinapple, Coffee, Fried Egg, Omega-3 Creamy Peanut Butter, Original Liquid Coffee Creamer, Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Bread. Lunch:  1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese with Pinapple, Asian Veggie Patties. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Chardonnay, Corn On The Cob with Butter, Gumbo (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork, and/or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra), Light Ranch Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens.
