Breakfast: Coffee with Cream, Hard-Boiled Egg, Peanut Butter & Oats Bars. Lunch: Baby Spinach, Bell Peppers, Cucumber (Peeled), Grape Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Sesame Soy Ginger Vinaigrette, Steamed Lentils. Dinner: Broccoli Flower Clusters, Fully Cooked Long Grain Brown Rice, Pork Chop, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds - Just A Handful.
